Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ride-hailing platform, website, mobile apps and related services (the "Services") provided by DriveVault Technologies ("DriveVault", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

DriveVault is a technology platform that connects riders seeking transportation with independent drivers willing to provide it. DriveVault does not provide transportation services and is not a transportation carrier. Trips are provided by independent drivers who are not employees of DriveVault.

Our platform allows riders to propose a fare and drivers to accept, decline or counter that proposal. A trip is formed when a rider and driver agree on a fare through the Services.

To use the Services you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information.
• Pay the agreed fare using an accepted payment method.
• Treat drivers and their vehicles with respect and care.
• Comply with our safety guidelines and applicable laws during every trip.

Drivers using the Services agree to:

• Hold a valid driver's licence and all documents required to operate legally.
• Maintain a registered, roadworthy and properly insured vehicle where required by law.
• Complete verification and keep their information accurate and current.
• Provide safe, lawful and respectful service to riders.

Fares are agreed between riders and drivers through the Services. DriveVault may charge a service fee or commission on completed trips, which will be disclosed to drivers. Applicable taxes and third-party charges may apply.

Payments and payouts may be processed by third-party payment providers. You authorise us and our providers to process the amounts owed in connection with your use of the Services.

Riders and drivers may cancel a trip in accordance with the cancellation rules made available in the app. A cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances to compensate for time and effort.

You agree to use the Services responsibly and in compliance with our safety guidelines. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that harms the community, violates these Terms, or breaks the law, including harassment, unsafe driving, fraud or misuse of the platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or related systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveVault disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveVault will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
